People are and incredible pain in the bud - but not just that, but you can hardly ever make them disappear. So I came around and noticed that it's actually the only thing you can do to stay sane is really be not fond of most people - like 99.999999% because most pp really do not care about anything else but themselves, wage war, destroy the environment, are xenophobic, and a bunch of other -ism that make life rather miserable - capitalism being one of the worst considering people getting along with each other - and make us be like all those others with their -isms. Point being is though that we gotta live in this world, so if we would not occasionally hate people with our guts - smtimes feeling somewhat miserable about not bveing able to do otherwise - we will become stuck in a very horrible life indeed characterized by grey hateable mainstream - and I prefer being miserable to truly being horrible - it just gotta get out sometimes

hmm... if you hate everyone so much that you wish they didn't exist, why are you spending your time reaching out to tell us all about it? Get a dog... that's what I did (cats are good too). He's the best friend I've ever had. I just tell him what I think of humanity, and then we drop the subject (he never has much to say) and go for a nice long walk. Maybe I'm a little crazy, but hey... I'd be a lot crazier and a lot less happy if it weren't for my dog.

Sometime i believe people are plague to this once beautiful world. I am a part of this plague and am ashamed of it. No one acts natural anymore, we all have personalities that are corrupted by each other. Love causes hate, religion causes war, generosity causes greed and so on.

I hate most people but not the few decent/ moral people in society- and I'm not speaking Christian people. I'm talking about genuinely kind. Why hang around certain people who make you feel low, bad, and worthless at times? Are those that get smashed, f*!& around and party nonstop actually happy? Life around me seems so superficial. I am now taking the spirit of "I just don't care" then "Hating" because not caring is actually far worst than hating. :frown:

I hate ppl as well. Someone posted earlier how they used to be more caring and loving... that's how i feel. Society seems to be on the downfall, morals, standards, the way we work, school, religion, way of living, love, etc etc. Anymore it seems the black sheep are those that beleive in good, honest moral values. It's hard to except ppl are so self-centered and ignorant. Somtimes i often wish i was as selfish as some of these ppl just so i wouldn't feel so much. :frown:

I hate people for much the same reasons but most people are ignorant of many things in live. If those people gave you adulation would you stop hating them?

I hate people because of their ignorance and arrogance. But mean while they copy each other like monkeys or sheeps, herded by such things as fashion or superficies notions of being "cool". If you hate someone dont by any means think they are your friends because they give you adulation, then you simply become a hypocrite.

I hate people because all they care about are outer appearances and using people to feel better about themselves. Mercy, what kind of threat is this where people just come right out and say they don't care for people in general. I didn't know such a thing existed or was possible. Well, let me get in line, if I may. I've got to agree that as far as I'm concerned, the human being is an evolutionary disaster. Each one I meet appears to be utterly self-centered and aggressive. The aggression is often masked; the self-centeredness is often right up in front. Worst of all are the ones who let you know real fast what good people. And among that group, the most disturbing subgroup is the superChirstians, who can't wait to let you know that if you don't agree that Jesus ascribed to contemporary American right wing political ideology, you're going straight to hell. I also don't think there's any solution to the problem of people. There's no escaping them. They're the zombies in Romero's movies.

When I meet a new person I always mistrust them and end up not liking them. If by some chance I DO start to like a new friend I wonder to myself what they are going to do to mess it up. And then they always do something unforgivable and I don't have a friend. I hate people because they never fail to disappoint me. My parents, my siblings, my ex-husband, my friends. I am not a Christian but I am a good person and treat others well. I treat them like I would want to be treated but I never get that kind of consideration back. I am almost embarrased to be a human being. I respect animals much more. Their rules to live by are clear cut and they have big hearts.....

It's true, nice people aren't as fun to hang out with. But mean people will shit on you sooner or later.

Being considerate will kill you in business, but when the big hand hits the five: you're back in the REAL world. Being inconsiderate will surround you with other inconsiderates and the day you need help, you'll be in deep shit.

The point I'm trying to make is: Never get socially involved socially with someone who is mean. Be very carefull, some of them are good at hiding it and are equally good at tugging at your emotions before you find out. Especially if they are of the opposite sex.

The thing is, mean people are animals. As such what they do is neither right nor wrong.

Nice people being kind to mean people IS wrong. We have morals and it is our responsibility to make sure we never give mean people more power to use against us.

Being kind to someone who's mean makes YOU a bad person. Don't do it.

And here's my last sanctimonuous comment for this post, but don't you dare forget it: When we're talking busines (money, war, politicts, customers, business partners, coworkers, etc...) the gloves are OFF, or all of us nice people will go extinct on the inside of five generations.

If we work really hard at it, someday maybe, we'll be able to do politics with kindness in our hearts. But today, you'd be incredibly lucky to work somwhere where your kindness won't be ripped out of you and converted into hard cash.

Alright, so I don't really mean to go 180 on you guys, but I'm bored...

Seriously though, you can't go through life without hurting somebody through either carelessness or a passing bout of meanness.

To be kind nowadays, you have to constantly think about how every little thing you do affects others. It sucks up all your time and is completely impractical.

Everyone's different. And not just a little different, a lotta different. This means that to avoid hurting someone, you have to spend hours trying to figure out what he likes, what he doesn't like, what hurts him and constantly keep all that in mind so as not to be mean. Expecting everybody to do all that for you is downright selfish.

We just need to be more tolerant. Often accidents happen and someone else's fun can end up hurting us. We should just shrug it off, and have some fun ourselves.

It's called live and let live.
