I am truly excited about next month's release of Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. Of course not as much as the Matrix sequels, but since this $3 billion trilogy has been so great so far I just can't stop from envying and loving it at the same time. Newsweek has a really nice article about it this week. Also, the movie premeires this coming Monday in Wellington, New Zealand. Reportedly, people are coming from as far as Sweden and staying at camping sites to catch a glimpes.

Anyway, as the excitement builds around the final Ring sequel, the Newsweek article also talks some about director Peter Jackson's next project King Kong, staring Naomi Watts and coming out in 2005. I'm already advance looking forward to that while counting the days till the King Returns.
