It's the word we all love to hate, and use. Although, I don't use it that often in real life, I use it way too often on this site, and I know how it must piss people off when they read second quality writing filled with swear words, but I guess that's the point that society has reached.

Although I am constantly bombarded by the fact that for succesful blogging, one need not swear, at all. But what's the point in expressing yourself and not being able to say your mind? That's probably the philosophy behind Dooce.com, who uses it as often as it's needed, not a word less or a word more. Still, I have started to think that for the more serious and 'messageful', it's better not to swear, because you can't get people to agree to your point of view if you use untasteful garbage.

Anyway, all this 'garbage', was inspired by this page at freespeech.org AND the recent outcry against 'indecency' [after the 'Janet Jackson and the boob' incident] on radio and TV which seems to be focused on Howard Stern I believe this is all fucking bullshit. We live in a free country and should under no curcumstances have to witness such acts of censorship. Love live free tube boobs... err... speech.
