Being young, fast and furious

I drive fast. Not "crazy" fast but fast enough to cut cars by moving to the wrong side of the road on a single lane street with limited sight. But not always. Sometimes I too feel like driving slow, letting the air in and allowing the driver in front as much time as I can... but when I am in a hurry (like most people on the streets) I tend to get frustated when an old couple in their 80s oldsmobile come right in front and won't go pass 27mph on a 30 mile limit road. I hate it. But what I have observed in recent weeks is that whenever I'm in such a situation, a cop or two always pass, and I feel like the person in the front actually helped me not get ticket. It's weird, but it happens. Crazy right?

Still, it's not crazy like a bunch of kids beheading a chicken to see if it runs around without a head. Someone told me about that before, and the kids said it happened for a few seconds before the chicken dropped dead. They got their thrill, and now a judge has sentenced them to community service cleaning chicken houses. Cruel bastards.

In other news kids and geeks are also going crazy (mad as hell) because of the recent merger of G4 gaming channel and TechTV. Being a loyal TechTV fan, I despise that too. I mean screw the dumbasses who play football on this cheap slowass PS2s all day, all I want is more coverage for those new p2p clients and the best deals on DDR2 chips. But what can we geeks do, Comcast is owned by greedy bastards... they're a corp.

Now I'm mad, I wanna stick Mustang and a winding road...
