Why doesn't the driver get motion sickness while the passengers do?

To answer this self question I did some research and found that the rear passenger seat is prone to swinging a lot more than the driver's seat, so it's causes much more motion sickness. Also, my own opinion on this matter is that since the driver has to pay attention to other things, i.e. accelerating, braking, keeping an eye on the car in front, road signs, cops etc. he/she has less time to fool around and follow the concrete barriers or the lines on the road.

Here are some tips to reduce (or prevent!) motion sickness.
