New thoughts on old conflicts

Al-Jazeera is perhaps the most notorious new organization in the world. What I don't understand is why they keep on saying that they are an independant news organization, not controlled by a regime in a region full of them. Well, what the fuck do you call giving terrorists more airtime than anything else? Don't they get the simple fact that by giving the terrorists barbaric rituals airtime on a global channel only helps their cause, and fuels their evil passions further? Yeah, you're not controlled by a regime; you're controlled by a bunch of lunatic towelheads who much worst then those regimes.

But what can I say, I'm not Arab, Al-Jazeera's main demographic group. So the fact that this network is the most watched in the middle east shows how people with contempt for the United States agreeingly approve of attrocities against civilians in Iraq and Israel while outcrying over what happens to Muslim civilians in the same countries, all because of one stuckup point-of-conflict: Israel.

Which brings me to the other end of the spectrum: the extreme right-wing conservatives. People like Charles Johnson who's balls are little in size and green in color, and who continuous spit out venom against anything that's even remotely similar to Arabs, Muslims or the French for that matter. In the great Nazi propaganda tradition of labeling everything they don't like, these people call Palestinians and Iraqis "vermin", Islam a "cult" or say the 25 feet high [illegal] Israeli seperation wall a "defense fence". So in essence they are no different then the cult who commend the barbarism projected by Al-Jazeera.

Neither one of these sides is doing anything constructive, they're just making things worsts and peoples' opinions more corrupt.
