I am still pondering how the Yankees managed to lose the American League pennant from a 3-0 position. Every game after the 3rd, I kept telling myself that "they'd win the next one". But they never did. But, fuck it, I'm not that big of a fan to even get a bit sad about it. Still, I hate the Red Sox.

What I really wanna talk about is this beautiful saturday morning. I've just received my Orkut invitation from the man himself, even though it came a day late. Since signing up yesterday I've join like a 100 communities, my theory: join whatever topic, item or person interests me. And trust me, that's one big list. So instead of posting in forums or looking for new friends, I'd rather spend my time on Orkut finding and joining communities. Now that's fun!

I don't know, it's just one of those optimistic mornings. I mean come on, we're making real brains from living tissue that can control a flight simulator, what more can man achieve? And with the levels of optimism causing chemicals that I have in my brain right now, I'd say alot more. Like creating new species from scratch.

Before I go on, and try to extend this "feel good" feel to last the whole day, there's one other thing that has attributed to my mood, Air America. For days, I turned my tuner and couldn't find their local station. So last night I finally remembered to go to the site and look for their NY affiliate, which turned out to be WLIB-AM 1190. So now on my morning commutes I'm not confined to WCBS 880 ot 1010 WINS. Finally something "liberally-biased" to listen to, unless of course the Howard Stern Show is on. ;)
