Ok, I don't know about other people, but to me Eminem was lip syncing Mosh on SNL about 45 minutes ago. It's amazing that they mad fun of Ashlee Simpson's lip-syncing fiasco a billion times throughout the show, and then have Eminem perform a controversial song, while doing the same. Atleast twice, he lowered the mic to his waist while the vocal track stayed at 100% volume and kept it's crystal clear clarity. I also noticed that he was behind the actual vocals by a half a second or so for a good part of the song, which may have been caused by some other 'syncing' problem between his ear-piece and the helper track.
Anyway, I enjoyed the show, especially the beginning sequence mocking OBL. And, I'd never realize this before, but SNL's agenda seemed quite liberal. 2 days. Let's see.

I'm googling like crazy to see if anybody is talking about this and this blog is the first thing I've found. It was pretty obvious, and clearly making a comment along the lines of the inanity of making a big deal about lipsynching when all music is packaged drek, whether it's actually performed or not.
On the other hand, maybe he's just trying to stay in the news, and pulling a stunt like that is cheaper than hiring a publicist....
It was as if he purposely dropped the mic 3 times to show that he was lip synching Mosh.

There is a vocal track layer that plays as part of an effect.
